HDSB - Heavy Duty Slider Bed

Model HDSB is a heavy duty slider bed belt conveyor with box style smooth side bed section. Due to the heavy bed section, it is often used in industrial applications such as automotive, appliance, stamping and assembly applications.

HDSB SPECIFICATIONS

BELT: Standard belt is Trackmate 120 EMB with clipper lace. Optional belts
include Trackmate rough top, PVC white, food grade white polyurethane
thermoplastic and slip top latex belts. Other belt options available.

DRIVE: Standard drive is an end drive, bottom right hand. Optional drives include
end drive, bottom left hand; side drive right or left hand; or center drive right or
left hand.

SUPPORT CENTERS: Standard supports are floor supports on 5’ centers. Optional
on 10’ centers.

FRAME FINISH: Standard finish is OSHA safety blue powder. Optional colors
include green, beige, gray, orange, black & yellow
